Scope Of Work
The 70,000 square foot Embraer Service Facility was built by D.F. Chase, Inc. originally and had a 30,000 square foot paint hangar added to it later. The third phase was a new maintenance hangar. This 75,000 square foot maintenance hangar includes 25,000 square feet of office and shop space, along with a 50,000 square foot hangar space to house the newest jets of Embraer’s fleet. The hangar boasts a 350-foot clear-span entrance that is over 40 feet in height and can accommodate up to five Embraer 190’s or Boeing 737’s.
