Scope Of Work
D.F. Chase, Inc. constructed a 28,000 square foot amenity center for the Del Webb Community in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee. Some of the indoor features include a fitness area complete with equipment, indoor swimming pool, catering kitchen, and extra rooms used for various activities. Outdoor amenities include an outdoor theatre, pool, and spa, as well as a sports complex which features basketball, tennis and bocce ball courts. The sports complex is connected to the community center by a bridge and this entire project has miles of sidewalks connecting all of these features to the rest of the community.
