Bob Nye's Bio
Mr. Nye has over 25 years of experience in the modular building industry. Mr. Nye has managed all aspects of the modular building construction processes, including sales and marketing, operations, manufacturing, and project management. Mr. Nye started his modular construction career working for an international leasing company out of their Philadelphia corporate office. He began in Operations Management and then progressed into Sales, later becoming VP of Sales for National Accounts. This company later became a GE Capital Company. Prior to establishing Spectrum, Mr. Nye worked with a start-up company and grew with the company for 17 years, ending as Senior Vice President. The company had 28 branch office locations, 19,000 modular buildings, and $300 million in annual sales. Mr. Nye began Spectrum Building System, Inc., in 2001 with the main office located in Atlanta, Georgia. Today Spectrum maintains two regional offices, with plans for two additional branches within the next fiscal year. Mr. Nye holds several State General Contractor licenses.

As President of Spectrum, Mr. Nye will oversee most, if not all, large-scale projects. While he has a competent team in place to execute projects, Mr. Nye is still a hands-on leader. With his vast network of connections, he will make sure your project is constructed using the best resources available.

Bo Neary's Bio
Before joining Spectrum, Mr. Neary was a Production Manager for a Modular Building Factory for over 12 years. In fact, his entire career has been in the modular construction business, both in the residential and commercial sectors. Mr. Neary has been responsible for and managed several large-scale teams, coordinated with union workforces, and directed improvements in safety, product quality, service, and cost efficiency. The knowledge that he gained during that time proves to be beneficial for modular construction projects. He is OHSA certified with over 30 hours. He works in conjunction with the subcontractors. Mr. Neary’s experience includes:

As a member of the Spectrum team, Mr. Neary is focused on producing a high quality product that will meet and/or exceed your expectations as a customer. He will be responsible for pre-qualifying and hiring the right subcontractor for your project. He will help keep your building/s on schedule while maintaining your budget. Onsite, he will serve as a Project Manager. He knows what a high-quality modular building should look like and he doesn’t allow an inferior product to be placed on site.

Casey Alexander's Bio
Ms. Alexander has extensive experience in the ever changing field of marketing. She started her marketing career, ironically enough, at the Spectrum in Philadelphia. She worked in the public relations/marketing department to help promote the stadium to the community and beyond. This gave her the skills needed to navigate the traditional ways of marketing. Before joining Spectrum Building Systems, Inc., she worked at a digital marketing company as the social media expert and content writer/editor. She was responsible for multiple clients and managed their brand development. She was able to implement and maintain marketing strategies that enabled her clients to have successful web dominance. She majored in Sociology and this has served her well when helping her define and market to the target audience.

Because of Spectrum’s unique approach to customer service, Ms. Alexander is involved in most projects and often talks to clients about their current and/or future projects. She monitors the sales process and follows each lead to the end. She’s always willing to jump in and help the rest of the team with whatever needs to be done. She is responsible for all marketing efforts across the board. She is also the curator of our project history.
Justin LaHayne's Bio
Mr. LaHayne comes from a long line of construction experts; his family has been in the construction business for over five generations. Because of this, LaHayne brings a strong sense of commitment, integrity, and knowledge to Spectrum. Before joining Spectrum, LaHayne was a Territory Manager for a large industrial machinery group. He is comfortable consulting with the customers on financing and logistics of the modular construction process.

Mr. LaHayne works with each client to develop an overall project plan, from project inception to completion. Once a plan has been established, LaHayne will consult with various industry professionals to ensure our customers are getting the right product, at the right price. He will work with the client to make sure the modular construction process is smooth and satisfying. Because of his strong background in construction, Justin is a valuable asset to both our clients and Spectrum.

Philip Jarchow's Bio
Mr. Jarchow is a financial professional with several years of experience providing financial, operational, and managerial expertise for regional and national organizations. Jarchow started his career in retail banking and has served as Manager for local and regional banking institutions. He has experience in a broad range of financial and accounting disciplines including implementation of financial controls, analysis, and resource management. He has developed an overall financial forecast for Spectrum in both the Leasing and Building segments. In addition to his finance and accounting duties, he oversees most aspects of Human Resources.
