Founded on quality

Founder and president Barry LaValle created Champion Cleaning because he discovered that there was widespread skepticism regarding the level of commitment that cleaning companies held in regard to condominium association contracts.

Property managers complained of missed visits, inconsistent quality, and high prices. Champion Cleaning set out to change that. Specializing in professional property maintenance for multi-building condominium communities and apartment complexes, we’ve successfully filled this void.
