We’ve been keeping folks warm and dry for many years now, and are proud of the work we do. And now that we've joined the Kassel Companies, we have more resources and talent available to expand our service profile to include a full complement of Electrical services.

The original Midwest Furnace and Roof Co. is a 100-year-old family-owned HVAC, roofing, and home remodeling contractor. The Kassel Company acquisition will now operate under Midwest Contractor, as it has been known to the public for many years, as the official company name.

The Kassel acquisition of Purdy Electric, an electrical contractor founded in 1976 that provides power and light to the central Ohio area, is now consolidated under Midwest Contractor.  The expansion of service offerings is logical with the overlap in needs with HVAC and Remodeling.  It will provide more efficiency and convenience for Midwest Contractor customers and our own team of professionals in daily operations.

In both acquisitions, all Midwest and Purdy staff were retained and there is a continuum of service.
