He has since been instrumental in the firm’s success in winning public contracts and in its expansion into the private mixed income/senior housing market. They are the foundation of every one of our projects. We built a family like culture around them, a culture that inspires clients and subcontractors to want to work with us again and again.”
Fran is passionate about promoting careers in the construction industry. He spearheaded the production of the MCAP Guide to Construction Careers (download guide) for high school students, parents and educators and has been a dedicated contributor to developing and executing the AGC MA’s workforce development initiatives.
