Scope Of Work
42,284 sq. ft. Dave & Buster’s entertainment facility. This tenant improvement project included a new sports bar, restaurant, and gaming center. New steel beams and concrete were used to support the structure. Extensive specialty signage with a mix of modern and traditional finishes like wood flooring, stained concrete and floating islands round out the building.
