Scope Of Work
This unique, 34,070 sq. ft., ground-up project entailed extensive concrete masonry work on very limited space to build and by the finished design; the parking lot was the roof of the structure.
It was built on 175 concrete piles embedded into the earth, in lengths extended to over 55 feet deep. The foundation included grade beams with pile caps, with a hinge slab allowing the parking lot to settle over time by design.
