Scope Of Work
This new 60,000-square-foot Silver LEED designed orthopedic medical clinic features a number of unique elements include a geothermal mechanical system, daylighting, T-8 lighting, skylights, photo light sensors, and high efficiency motors and pumps. The building envelope is constructed on architectural precast wall panels and the roof features EPDM rubber roofing materials.
The building encompasses a main floor with 60 exam rooms, four x-ray rooms, an MRI and a physical and occupational therapy section. There is a separate entrance and treatment area for urgent care and the second floor is comprised of the administration and business offices.
