Bradbury Stamm team member since 1997.
Dennis Towne started at Bradbury Stamm in 1997 as a Project Engineer. He then moved into a Project Management role until he took on the role of Executive Vice President of Operations in 2005. He became President in 2014. He has companywide responsibility for project success and client satisfaction. He supervises the operational team, manages resources and provides oversight to ensure the highest level of service. He has experience in construction design phase management, cost estimating, procurement, scheduling, and contractor coordination.
Duane Schultz's Bio
Bradbury Stamm - Winkelman team member for more than 50 years.
Duane joined Winkelman in May of 1969 as a draftsman and estimator. He became Secretary/Treasurer of the company in 1975, then became the President and Chief Executive Officer in April of 1983 when founder Don Winkelman retired. Duane continues to serve the Winkelman office in an important strategic and advisory role. Duane’s problem solving and management skills enable him to work with the overall construction team in bringing every project to a successful completion.

Jay has been with Bradbury Stamm for more than 20 years focused primarily on preconstruction. As Regional Manager, Jay was chosen for his focus on client satisfaction and his commitment to the long term professionalism and support of the growing Minnesota based team. Jay has an exemplary track record for providing accurate cost estimates in all stages of design through construction. Jay started in the industry as a laborer and has worked in a variety of roles, which enables him to better address all aspects of a project. Jay is responsible for establishing a project budget, participating in programming and design meetings, updating estimates, contributing value engineering input, establishing cost controls and recommending vendor bid awards.

Lawrence joined the Bradbury Stamm team in 2005 and is now the Executive Vice President. Lawrence's responsibilities include Preconstruction, Estimating and Business Development. Lawrence’s knowledge in construction comes from many years as a Project Manager on a variety of projects sizes and types.

Joe is into the details. As the Chief Estimator, Joe works collaboratively to successfully guide the team to the targeted GMP. Joe understands that an owner and design partner are not simply looking for an estimator, they expect a partner to provide ongoing analysis of proposed design alternatives and provide realistic cost data to make informed decisions. Joe brings more than 30 years of Project Management and Chief Estimator experience and is the past National President of the American Society of Professional Estimators. He strictly adheres to their code of ethics.

Thomas is a detail oriented estimator with project coordination and project management skills. He brings over 30 years of experience in General Construction, Industrial and Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings. He has experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining tight deadlines.

Dan has a wide range of experience from residential to commercial construction. As a result of his early career in the development of upscale custom homes, Dan brings a sharp attention to detail and the ability to work closely with his clients for the benefit of their project.
