Scope Of Work
The Phoenix Grill is the backside of the mountain at the bottom of Lift #4. The restaurant renovation includes a new, state-of-the-art kitchen, expanded exterior patio served by a new patio grill and coffee shop building, updated meeting/dining hall, entirely new MEP systems, modernized restrooms, and a small ski shop. The Bavarian is 100 yards South of the Phoenix Grill at the bottom of Lift #4. Renovations include an expanded interior dining space, interior bar expansions and equipment upgrades, a state-of-the-art kitchen addition, enlarged exterior patio with outdoor bar, and a stand-alone restroom facility for skier’s and restaurant patrons. Both restaurants are at 10,200 ft.
