Scope Of Work

The Belen Health Center project included remodeling the interior, reconfiguring existing spaces to include four new exam rooms and one treatment room, a group provider’s office, and related support spaces. HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems were reconfigured accordingly. Finish work included new flooring, wall finishes, ceilings, casework, replacement window coverings, and new lighting and interior signage. The building’s exterior was fully updated to match the customer’s revitalized look, including new windows, skylights, entry canopy, parking lot paving, building signage, reroofing, and the addition of a high-performance EIFS thermal envelope.

Throughout the renovation the facility remained open, occupied and operational. Bradbury Stamm worked with facility staff to maintain communication regarding construction activities to minimize the disruption to staff and patients.
