Scope Of Work
The Broadmoor and Murray Elementary Schools are both new elementary schools that were constructed simultaneously in Hobbs, NM. Each project presented unique challenges and both required an accelerated preconstruction and construction schedule to meet the needs of the school district.
Broadmoor Elementary School was a replacement school built in the parking lot of the existing school which will be demolished upon completion. The existing school remained fully operational throughout construction which took place on an extremely tight site.
Murray Elementary School was a new elementary school at a highly visible intersection adjacent to a city park. The project features such amenities as a multi-purpose , administration , library, and two-story classroom section. The school also includes a specialty needs classroom wing/Pre-K for students.
