Scope Of Work
Houlihan’s Lee’s Summit was a new proto-type restaurant for the Houlihan’s Restaurant Group. The wood structure was fabricated offsite and shipped by truck to the project site and erected on the foundation. This method of construction reduced the time to get the building out of the weather and reduced the overall completion schedule.
