Thirty plus years diverse experience in all phases of estimating and managing construction in the commercial, industrial and institutional industries. Full participation in projects valued up to $100 million including TIF financing, rezoning and platting, and negotiating with Design Consultants and Contractors.

Dale’s goal as Director of Business Development at Barsto Construction is to help our clients make informed decisions concerning new development opportunities. He utilizes his strength and experience in land acquisition/development and construction management in order to give the most
complete and balanced options concerning new projects involving budgets, due diligence, and construction methods. Dale has acquired the reputation for exceptional skills in fostering team rapport through direct
communications with owners, architects and engineers on new and
renovated construction projects.
