Scope Of Work
This was the conversion of the 9-story Old Federal Courthouse building, which opened in 1939, into 176 residential apartments . The apartments feature unique amenities, such as large windows with expansive views of downtown Kansas City. Included are a variety of community areas consisting of a community room and fitness room. There is indoor parking for approximately 176 cars.
The basement and most of the first floor holds parking spaces. The historic first floor lobby was restored. The second and third floors each hold apartments. The upper 6 floors each hold loft apartments. The four former courtrooms were renovated for commercial space. A paved parking lot is located on the east side of the building.
