Scope Of Work
Building D at The Legends is a shell building consisting of six tenant spaces for restaurants, bars, and a comedy club. This building is part of The Legends Shopping Center located next to The Kansas Speedway. The building is a structural steel and metal structure with a brick, cast stone and EIFS exterior. The building consists of two-story units with exterior patio spaces on the top deck. Also included are a multitude of galvanized decorative railings and staircases. Other amenities include elevators, multi-elevation slabs, and extensive decorative hardscape surrounding the building.
