Scope Of Work

The work consisted of the complete restoration and construction of two buildings for the Historical 18th & Vine Jazz District.
The two buildings were designed with a mix of commercial/retail space on the first floor with the second and third floors consisting of apartments. This wood frame project included an exterior with brick veneer and glass fiber reinforced concrete panels. Architectural sheet metal was used for the entrances and canopies on the building. There are also fabric canopies installed over the
windows. A glazed aluminum curtain wall was installed in the retail space. A two-stop elevator was installed to meet ADA requirements.
