Bud LaRosa's Bio
Bud LaRosa is the Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer at Keith Construction where he is responsible for overall financial strategy as well as risk management. Prior to joining Keith, Bud held various CFO roles and executive leadership positions with other construction companies. He has established a reputation for team building and for aligning business metrics to support business strategy and growth. Bud has also been involved in the sale of two companies and the divesture of a division of another. He has written for a variety of trade publications, served on advisory boards and is involved in the leadership of the Construction Financial Manager’s Association. For his achievements, Boston Business Journal named him the 2013 CFO of the Year. Bud holds a BS in Business Administration from Eastern Nazarene College and an MBA with a Finance Concentration from Bentley University.
John W. Keith's Bio
John W. Keith has over 45 years’ experience in the development and general contracting fields of construction. He has vast knowledge in dealing with state funding organizations and programs, Tax Credits, HUD, and other related organizations. This knowledge and his experience in not only being a successful developer but in dealing with some of the most successful developers in the region makes Mr. Keith a valuable and competent professional in any development or construction team. John W. Keith is also the founder of Keith Properties Inc., a property management company with over 1500 units under management.
Kelley Carroll's Bio
As Treasurer and CFO Kelley is responsible for all financial aspects of the company. Kelley holds a BS in Accounting and has over 15 years’ experience in construction accounting in both the commercial and residential industries. Her skills and experience also include management of human resources, contract administration and overseeing accounting processes. Kelley is your primary contact for all financial matters.

Tim Forde is Partner and Vice President at Keith Construction Inc. Overseeing day to day business strategy and construction operations at Keith, Tim has successfully maintained a 40+ year reputation of leadership, reliability and project execution in the industry. A member of Keith Construction since its inception, Tim’s commitment to success, client satisfaction and his employees is what drives his dedication to the company. Involved in all project phases, Tim is the executive leader of project management and field operations for Keith. With over 20 years of field experience—Tim’s vast knowledge of building, coupled with his desire to manage and empower makes him an integral part of Keith Construction Inc.

Brendan Costello's Bio
Through college Brendan worked a variety of internships and graduated from the University of Maine with a BS in Construction Management. He started a position as a Project Manager/Estimator with a local residential contractor focusing on custom homes, additions, and remodels. There he learned the art of orchestrating projects from conception to completion. His attention to detail, problem solving, and work ethic proved valuable as he gained experience in all facets of the construction business. In 2016 he became a Massachusetts licensed construction supervisor and began taking on projects of larger scale. In 2019, Brendan set his full attention to project estimation, understanding the importance of upfront planning and necessary effort to ensure a successful project. This has offered him the opportunity to estimate different and larger scale projects including multifamily construction as well as commercial projects.
Micah Shook's Bio
Micah Shook draws on his years of experience in different aspects of the construction field to bring the best value to his clients. He holds a BS in Construction Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology and while there, he worked as a co-op at Lee Kennedy Co. for two semesters in the pre-construction department. Shook then spent two years as assistant superintendent working on Chapter 149 projects and a year at as an assistant project manager where he honed his estimating skills on the projects he was running. His career as a full-time estimator began in 2005 and since then, has been working primarily on hi-end residential and healthcare projects.
Robert Bradley's Bio
Bob is a graduate from Wentworth Institute of Technology and has been with Keith Construction since 1997, after having worked for 10 years as a registered architect. As an architect, he brings a unique perspective and insight to the role of project manager.

Brendan Corcoran's Bio
After graduating from Colgate University in 2015 Brendan worked for a multifamily management and development company. During his time there he analyzed the short- and long-term needs at various properties to ensure physical infrastructure and capital improvement efforts were met. Since joining Keith in 2020 Brendan hopes to expand his construction knowledge through field and office tasks. He currently holds an unrestricted construction supervisor license in Massachusetts.
Christopher Chiurri's Bio
Chris graduated from Wentworth Institute of Technology with a Bachelor’s degree in architecture. With 10 years of experience as an Architect and previous experience as a Construction Project Manager and Site Supervisor, Chris has the diverse experience and skills needed for successful project management.
DanDaniel Carleton's Bio
Dan has over 20 years experience and has worked on new construction, renovation, and re-use projects. Beyond construction knowledge, Dan’s experience includes acting as owner’s representative and working within the property management community. He also has extensive experience in interacting with numerous governmental agencies including HUD, MHFA, and MHIC. He has been with Keith Construction since 2006.
Daniel Maffa's Bio
After graduating with a BA from Connecticut College, Daniel worked at a design and construction firm that works with athletic facilities and hospitality. Daniel is spending time both in the field and in the office, honing his skills as a superintendent and an assistant project manager, while continuing his education with further coursework at Wentworth Institute of Technology.
Danielle LaForce's Bio
Danielle earned her Associates Degree in 2000 and is currently studying Construction Management at Wentworth University. Danielle spent 10 years working in the HVAC industry working in all aspects of the company from estimating to field labor to benefit administration with Local 17 Sheet Metal Workers Union. She joined Keith Construction in 2016 as a Contract Administrator and earned her way to becoming an Assistant Project Manager with her knowledge of the industry and ability to manage multiple projects.
David Denaro 's Bio
Dave has been with Keith Construction since 1998, and in that time has worked on a variety of different projects. Dave has over 25 years of knowledge in the construction industry having built numerous new communities and completed countless occupied housing unit rehabilitations. This practical experience and knowledge makes him an invaluable addition to any construction team.
David Lazaro, Jr.'s Bio
Dave graduated from Suffolk University in 2016 with a degree in Business Management, and completed additional Construction Management courses at Wentworth Institute of Technology. While working toward his degree Dave worked as a carpenter for a local finish carpentry contractor. He joined Keith Construction at the beginning of 2018 and has spent the last two years gaining on-site experience and knowledge as an assistant superintendent.
Nicholas Faillace's Bio
Nick Faillace joined Keith Construction in 2010. As a veteran of the United States Marine Corps along with his 10 years of experience working as a Site Superintendent, he has a unique perspective and brings great insight to his role as a project manager. Nick is a graduate of Suffolk University and is currently enrolled at Boston College pursuing his MS in Leadership and Administration. Nick has extensive experience with both new construction and occupied rehabs. He holds an unrestricted construction supervisor license in Massachusetts.
Paul Maloney's Bio
Paul graduated from Wentworth Institute of Technology in 2007 with a BS in Architectural Engineering Technology. Paul joined Keith Construction in 2020 and brings 17 years of experience in the construction industry, both as a subcontractor and as an architectural Project Manager. This experience provides a unique understanding of projects from multiple perspectives and assists in coordinating information between the design team and the field.
Ruben Amaral's Bio
Ruben holds a BS in Project Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology and went on to receive his MS in Construction Management from Northeastern University in 2015. Ruben has been with Keith Construction since 2015 and brings 10 years of experience in the construction industry, from both a building material supplier, subcontractor and general contractor’s perspective. This experience has enabled him to better understand the entire project life cycle and become an integral part of the Project Management team.
Timothy Forde Jr.'s Bio
Earning a Business Management from Quinnipiac University and taking additional course work at Wentworth Institute of Technology in their Construction Management program, Tim spent years gaining academic knowledge to pair with his years of on-site construction field experience prior to joining our project management team. To date, Tim has overseen more than 60 million dollars of construction and takes pride in his work. He has been with Keith since 2011 and joined the Project Management team in 2014.
Will Calder's Bio
After graduating with a BA from St. Lawrence University, Will entered the energy efficiency field, working alongside the Massachusetts energy utilities. It was through conducting over 1,800 field surveys, that Will found his passion for building. Will is spending time in both the field and office honing his skills as a Super and APM. He currently holds an unrestricted construction supervisors license in the state of Massachusetts

Vanessa Aguiar-Dobbs's Bio
Vanessa began working full-time with Keith Construction in 2013 as a Construction Administrator after working part-time during her final year of college. Vanessa graduated with a BS in Accounting and a minor in Legal Studies from Bryant University. Between her internship in construction accounting at a local accounting firm and her accounting experience as the Office Manager for a landscaping/demo company, Vanessa brings extensive experience in administration, project accounting, and leadership to her current role.
