Scope Of Work
The Scope of Work. Built in 1976, St. Stephen’s Towers Apartments in Lynn is a 130 apartment community for seniors. Although well maintained since its origin, the 40 year old property received a much needed facelift. The exterior masonry was in poor shape and was restored and re-pinned with an added splash of color. The interiors included new kitchens, bathrooms, flooring and paint throughout, as well as having their amenity spaces revitalized. A new community garden, bocce court, community room, laundry rooms, computer lab and so on, these seniors are can now enjoy modern amenities at an affordable cost.
