Scope Of Work
Mandela Homes is located in the newly rehabilitated and vitalized South End section of Boston. It consists of ten buildings situated at two different locations, offering newly renovated one to four-bedroom apartments. Over the course of 17 months we worked collaboratively with the developer and leadership of the tenant association to renovate their beloved community. Renovations included new finishes such as: kitchen, bathrooms, carpet and paint. Infrastructure repairs such as masonry restoration, roofing, windows, mechanical equipment and fire alarm. New amenity spaces were also renovated such as, community rooms, computer learning center, playgrounds, courtyards and fitness area.
