Scope Of Work
Malden Mills Phase II was the second phase of two interconnected buildings which make up Malden Mills. Phase II consisted of an additional 62 residential units. Each unit has historic brick work and soaring wood beam ceilings. The key to the project was updating the building to create a modern look while still preserving the building’s architectural heritage. Maintaining the original brick work involved extensive masonry restoration repairs to keep the feel of this building’s rich history. In addition to interior work, the main courtyard was updated to include detailed walkways with beautifully landscaped surrounds.
