Scope Of Work
A new construction project consisting of 10 buildings located in a secluded part of Duxbury, MA. One building of the community is 55+ age affordable housing consisting of 94 units. These units vary between 1 bedroom 1 bath and 4 bedroom 2 bath. The other buildings of the community are at market rate and vary between townhouses and mainly 2 bedroom 2 bath units. Besides the residency buildings, the community also has a maintenance building along with a waste water treatment facility. Residents also have access to a gym, community room, wellness center, and hair salon.
