Alesia D. Cockerham serves as the Vice President of W.C. Construction Company, LLC since 2006.

Alesia’s role as V/P & Chief Financial Officer consists of managing & assessing the financial risks and financial planning of the company, as well as administering human resource information, business development and fostering relationships with vendors and subcontractors in the construction industry.

Alesia, a Davie County native, is a graduate of Davie High School and the University of North Carolina at Pembroke. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, outdoor activities and spending time with family.

William has over 15 years of experience in the construction industry performing construction managementand general contracting roles. In 2006, William founded W.C. Construction Company, LLC and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of preconstruction and construction phases. As President and Owner, William has been recognized for the company’s well-developed project management skills, control of project costs, and scheduling operational tasks that enable project completion to be on time and under budget. He consistently delivers quality and excellence in workmanship.

In William’s spare time, he enjoys riding ATV’s, fishing and drag racing.

Agustin has over 25 years in the construction industry and under his project management role, Agustin is responsible for procuring & negotiating contracts, RFI’s, subcontractor qualification, budget control, project scheduling, submittal & shop drawing review as well as value engineering & change order requests. Agustin is dedicated to his work and is shown through his efforts of meeting and exceeding any challenge that he may encounter. Agustin’s ability to maintain an open relationship between subs, suppliers, architects and owners aids in his continual project management success.

Andy has over 25 years of commercial construction experience. As our project superintendent, Andy is responsible for the supervision & scheduling of foremen/tradesmen, pre-construction estimates & budget control, maintaining labor & material records as well as supply orders and on-site safety. Most importantly, as our superintendent, Andy maintains a pristine rapport with all of his subs, owners and architects and keeps his projects operating on a tight schedule.

In Andy’s spare time he enjoys, fishing, hunting and farming.

Charlie has over 35 years of commercial construction experience. As our project superintendent, Charlie is responsible for the supervision & scheduling of foremen/tradesmen, pre-construction estimates & budget control, maintaining labor & material records as well as supply orders and on-site safety. Most importantly, as our superintendent, Charlie maintains open communication with owner’s, architects and vendors to ensure maximum quality and assurance.

In Charlie’s spare time, he enjoys being a master farmer growing produce on his 2-acre home.

Eric has over 30 years in commercial construction. As our project superintendent, Eric is responsible for the supervision & scheduling of foremen/tradesmen, pre-construction estimates & budget control, maintaining labor & material records as well as supply orders and on-site safety. Most importantly, Eric maintains open communication with owner’s, architects and vendors to ensure maximum quality and assurance.

Eric was born and raised in Winston Salem, NC and in his spare time enjoys fishing, hunting and woodworking.

Leonard has over 37 years of commercial construction experience. As our project superintendent, Leonard is responsible for the supervision & scheduling of foremen/tradesmen, pre-construction estimates & budget control, maintaining labor & material records as well as supply orders and on-site safety. Most importantly, as our superintendent, Leonard maintains open communication with owner’s, architects and vendors to ensure maximum quality and assurance.

In Leonard’s spare time, he enjoys hunting, fishing, spending time with family and is a dedicated volunteer for King NC Little League Association and  the local Habitat for Humanity.

Raymond has extensive experience in the commercial construction industry. As our project superintendent, Raymond is responsible for the supervision & scheduling of foremen/tradesmen, pre-construction estimates & budget control, maintaining labor & material records as well as supply orders and on-site safety. Most importantly, as our superintendent, Raymond maintains open communication with owner’s, architects and vendors to ensure maximum quality and assurance.

In Raymond’s spare time he enjoys fishing.
