David founded Essex Builders in 1984 and over the past 34 years he has helped the firm become the major player it is today. He studied Architecture & Engineering and earned his Degree in Building Construction Technology from the Wentworth Institute of Technology. David provides executive leadership and oversight of the company, working closely with the President to reach goals.

Michelle joined the Essex team in 2014, bringing 10+ years of commercial real estate finance and investment experience. Her strong client relationship skills along with her broad industry experience make it ideal for her to manage Business Development, Client Relations, and oversee Business Operations. In her role as President, she provides leadership for the day-to-day operations as well as strategic direction.

Ben is a Senior Estimator with 5 years of professional experience in the construction industry. His detailed review of proposed drawings allows him to focus on dynamic value engineering to keep costs low. He will identify qualified trade contractors, as well as determine all materials and equipment needed, making sure they are available for the construction team to avoid any delays.

Dominic has over 10 years of experience in the construction industry and his client service approach to construction management has developed trusted relationships with clients. In his role he is responsible for conducting contract negotiations, developing cost estimates, building and coordinating project schedules, managing budget controls and establishing project control plans.

Jenn has worked in the Construction industry for over 20 years working closely with General Contractors and revenues ranging from $10 mm/year to $250 mm/year in the New England area. She has also worked on multiple software conversion and implementation teams. She has job costing experience with projects ranging from $30 k renovations to $250 mm high-rise residential ground up builds and has assisted with projects for the State of New York Highway Technology Division and also the Army Corp of Engineers.
