In 2016 Aon acquired Stroz Friedberg, a specialized risk management firm built to help clients solve the complex challenges in today's digital, connected, and regulated business world. Also in 2016 Aon hired James Trainor, former head of the Cyber Division at the FBI. Jim works with Aon colleagues to shape cyber strategy, risk transfer and advisory services for our customers.

These resources and expertise are available to all Aon customers through our Wisconsin offices.   

Complimentary Safety Services are available to every Aon insured. A written, actionable loss control service plan is part of every insurance placement. Services to be delivered in a plan year are discussed at program renewal, and put in writing with accountability for results. Deliverables include Site Audits, Safety Meetings, Fleet/DOT review, OSHA compliance, and Safety and Health Advocacy.

Our Safety professionals are will known and respected within the industry. They will work with carrier loss control personnel to maximize delivery of resources where they will achieve greatest results.     

The ultimate goal is to minimize the total cost of risk, provide solutions to limit losses and achieve compliance on regulatory issues.              

Every Aon insured receives assistance with claims. Service expectations are discussed at each renewal and incorporated into a written plan. The timing of claim meetings and telephonic reviews are set for the coming year. Claim consultants in our Green Bay office provide expertise guiding the resolution process of complex claims, working with you and the carrier to achieve the best possible outcome.
