What We Do
Products and Services
Aon is a leading national insurance broker with a strong presence in Wisconsin. While our Wisconsin clientele includes ENR Top 400 firms, much of our customer base is middle market construction firms. One of our key differentiators is the ability to deliver national resources to regional and local construction companies. These resources include insurance programs based on construction industry best practice terms & conditions, risk transfer, risk management and all the tools necessary to support our clients goals.
Aon has made investments in Cyber Risk Management that deliver results to our customers.
Aon has a team of specialized brokers whose sole function is to provide Cyber best practice terms and conditions to our clients. These experts make sure the latest and best offerings from insurers are delivered to our customers at market leading prices. Aon has a proprietary program through insurer Hiscox which is a great solution for middle market construction firms.
In 2016 Aon acquired Stroz Friedberg, a specialized risk management firm built to help clients solve the complex challenges in today's digital, connected, and regulated business world. Also in 2016 Aon hired James Trainor, former head of the Cyber Division at the FBI. Jim works with Aon colleagues to shape cyber strategy, risk transfer and advisory services for our customers.
These resources and expertise are available to all Aon customers through our Wisconsin offices.
Complimentary Safety Services are available to every Aon insured. A written, actionable loss control service plan is part of every insurance placement. Services to be delivered in a plan year are discussed at program renewal, and put in writing with accountability for results. Deliverables include Site Audits, Safety Meetings, Fleet/DOT review, OSHA compliance, and Safety and Health Advocacy.
Our Safety professionals are will known and respected within the industry. They will work with carrier loss control personnel to maximize delivery of resources where they will achieve greatest results.
The ultimate goal is to minimize the total cost of risk, provide solutions to limit losses and achieve compliance on regulatory issues.
Every Aon insured receives assistance with claims. Service expectations are discussed at each renewal and incorporated into a written plan. The timing of claim meetings and telephonic reviews are set for the coming year. Claim consultants in our Green Bay office provide expertise guiding the resolution process of complex claims, working with you and the carrier to achieve the best possible outcome. Aon customers don't face complex claim scenarios alone.
Aon Wisconsin’s surety practice is client focused and results driven. As the largest surety broker in Wisconsin, we are able to leverage our size and national surety capabilities to deliver superior results to our client base in Wisconsin, Michigan, Minnesota, and Iowa. Whether you’re a small contractor needing your first bond, an ENR 400 contractor with a complex surety program or something in between, Aon has the resources and capabilities to be your trusted surety advisor.
Every business has a responsibility to ensure business continuity and within those discussions come business succession planning. Here at Aon, we take an integrated approach in protecting the business, owners, partners and key individuals within the organization. Through our collaborative approach we get to know the business and those critical to the success. We formulate a plan to offer solutions to protect the business in the event of losing an integral employee due to death or disability to help fund buyouts, stock redemption, buy/sell agreements, and even loss of income. If you or your company are interested in further discussion to protect your company and also offer additional benefits to attract and retain quality talent please feel free to contact me Drew Pollack (see contact info below).
