Don and Carol Poe started Cleveland Vicon in 1961.

Today, the Poes, their four children, and long-time associate Jon McKnight, remain active in the business ensuring the care and commitment that only a family company can provide.

As a result, Cleveland Vicon is one of the largest distributors of doors, frames and hardware in the State of Ohio servicing our customers for over 50 years! Nearly 50 employees work at our Cleveland and North Canton locations providing exactly the same quality service you’d expect from any member of the Poe Family. In fact, with an average tenure of 13 years, they are like family!

Our goal is to have the best-trained people providing you the highest-quality products available—at a fair price. Each of our associates has been trained in basic product information and receives ongoing training to stay on top of things. In fact, our sales staff represents one of the largest collections of industry-certified consultants in the business.
