Bill Lemon's Bio
Bill Lemon is President of BRYCON Corporation. Prior to serving as President, Bill served as Operations Manager, Project Manager, Superintendent and Field Engineer for BRYCON. Bill brings over 27 years of hands on experience to the company, coupled with a commitment to customer service. Bill currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Albuquerque Economic Development, Inc. and is a graduate of the Leadership New Mexico Program.
Carmela Little's Bio
Carmela Little serves as Chief Financial Officer for Brycon. Over the past 13 years, she has worked as a controller in both the private and municipal sector of the construction industry. She has helped companies streamline accounting operations, introduced internal controls, and driven powerful financial initiatives. She has implemented enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems to help information flow between all business functions, providing efficiencies and business resources. Carmela graduated from the University of New Mexico with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and was a voting member on the City of Albuquerque’s Investment Oversight Committee. She is an active member with the New Mexico Society of CPAs, the Association of Governmental Accountants, and the Construction Financial Management Association.
David Smith's Bio
David J. Smith, Senior Vice President, oversees all Brycon operations for the state of Nevada. David has more than 30 years of construction experience and has been with Brycon since 2008. He managed successful projects with our New Mexico and Arizona Divisions before opening the Reno Division. David’s greatest strength lies in building and maintaining client relationships. His exceptional communication skills and high expectations have earned him a reputation as a trustworthy and effective leader. His emphasis on safety and quality craftsmanship generates successful teams and client satisfaction. David serves as a board member for NAIOP Northern Nevada, and he received the 2018 Rookie of the Year award from the Builders Association of Northern Nevada. In his free time, David enjoys hiking, mountain biking, and spending time at the lake.
Greg Thomas's Bio
Greg Thomas has acquired over 35 years of experience in the construction industry; 28 of those years being with Brycon working in all phases of Cleanroom construction. As Senior Vice President for our Advanced Technologies Construction Group in Arizona, Greg is responsible for all aspects of field coordination, client relations, cost controls and project quality. He assists in the planning and scheduling of all construction and manages on-site safety. Several of Brycon’s largest projects have been managed directly by Greg, where clients have praised his efforts in testimonial time and time again.
Phil R. Casaus's Bio
Phil Casaus manages Brycon's companywide operations to support the continued growth of the company, while demonstrating best practices in the construction industry. His duties include moving Brycon's strategic plan forward, as well as overseeing all construction operations, budgeting, investment, and development activities of the company. Phil is also responsible for Brycon's administrative and financial operations of BRYCON and its related companies as well as its various investment and development activities. Mr. Casaus is a licensed CPA in the state of Texas as well as a licensed Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional. Mr. Casaus received his Bachelors in Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from the University of New Mexico and has been in the engineering and construction industry for 30 years working in the Petrochemical, Pharmaceutical, Semi-Conductor and General Commercial Construction Industry.
Scott Dluzen's Bio
Scott Dluzen served as the Preconstruction Manager for BRYCON Construction for more than 10 years prior to assuming the role of Division Manager for General Contracting. He holds a Bachelors degree in Construction Management and Engineering from Arizona State University. He is a skilled leader and management executive with more than 24 years in the commercial construction industry. He is a "hands-on" manager, who prides himself on being readily accessible to each and every project. He has led cross-functional teams both in the construction application in the field, as well as the estimating programs in the office. He has local and multi-state experience, which includes JOC, CM@Risk, Design/Build, Construction Management, Cost Estimating and competitive bid methodologies. Scott has developed proven expertise constructing high-visibility projects that require specialized skills, sensitivity to unique program requirements, and knowledge in all aspects of the construction process.
Tommy Robinson's Bio
Tommy Robinson began his career with Brycon as a Superintendent/Foreman more than 28 years ago and has become the Division Manager for our Advanced Technologies Construction Group in New Mexico. Tommy specializes in the installation of cleanrooms and cleanroom components including specialty wall, ceiling, and flooring systems. Tommy has also developed a team of experts capable of constructing the most challenging manufacturing and cleanroom projects from demolition of pre-existing systems to the installation of the most sophisticated process equipment. Over the years, Tommy has been instrumental in the success of many of Brycon’s largest cleanroom projects.

Aaron Johnson's Bio
Aaron Johnson has worked in the New Mexico construction industry for more than 24 years. In that time, he has served in several roles including operations manager, project manager and project director. His construction management experience includes work with all project delivery methods, critical path scheduling and project management. Over the course of his career, Aaron has completed multiple high profile and complex projects. Aaron is a graduate of Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Operations Management and carries a New Mexico General Contractors License. In his current role as Division Manager, he provides leadership and direction for our New Mexico team and ensures the work is executed at the highest level for our customers.
Kevin Freis's Bio
Kevin has over 20 years’ experience in the construction industry and is a 14-year member of the Brycon team. Kevin is a graduate of the University of Nebraska with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Management. He has been instrumental in the success of many of Brycon’s largest contracts as a Senior Project Manager. Kevin provides leadership and support for Project Management and Field Supervision teams. Kevin ensures that our team is equipped with the tools, training and leadership necessary to provide our clients with exceptional construction service.

Branden Cicalese's Bio
Branden possesses more than 20 years in the commercial construction industry with experience in leadership as both a project manager and superintendent. As Operations Manager for Brycon, Branden oversees all aspects of day-to-day construction activities including project team oversight, workforce planning and execution of work. His experience with construction delivery methods includes Design-Build, Design-Bid-Build, and Construction Manager at Risk. Branden has managed major projects that have required permitting, construction management, asset management, demolition, and master planning. Additionally, Branden chairs the corporate Safety Committee.
Chris Boston's Bio
Chris Boston has upwards of 27 years of experience in construction management and leadership with a demonstrated record of success. As Operations Manager for Brycon, Chris oversees all aspects of day-to-day construction activities including project team oversight, workforce planning and execution of work. Chris holds an MBA in Construction Engineering and Management from University of Phoenix and currently serves on the corporate Safety Committee.
Joe Lopez's Bio
Joe Lopez has more nearly 25 years of construction experience, 17 of those in a semiconductor/cleanroom environment. Joe began as an electrical journeyman with Brycon and worked his way up to electrical General Foreman, Superintendent, and now Operations Manager. Joe oversees all aspects of day-to-day construction activities including project team oversight, workforce planning and execution of work. Joe excels in high-tech, commercial and industrial projects.
Rod Savini's Bio
Rod Savini is a registered professional civil engineer with more than 35 years of construction and engineering experience. He has worked as a public works director, estimator, operations manager, project manager, engineer, and private consultant. As Operations Manager for Brycon, Rod oversees all aspects of day to day construction activities including project team oversight, workforce planning and execution of work. His experience with construction delivery methods includes Design-Build, Design-Bid-Build, and Construction Manager at Risk. Rod has managed major projects that have required permitting, construction management, asset management, demolition, and master planning. As an engineer, Rod has performed projects involving programming, schematics, design development, construction document development, permitting, and project management. Rod has worked in Reno for his entire career and is active in several professional organizations.

Don Helton's Bio
Don Helton joined Brycon as Director of Business Development for Arizona in 2013. Don earned his bachelor’s degree in business communications from Eastern Kentucky University and has over 24 years of experience in the commercial real estate sector. His duties include managing business development strategies to maximize plan goals and create strategic partnerships to achieve corporate business development objectives.
Randi Reed's Bio
Randi Reed, Director of Business Development for our Nevada Division, is an eighteen-year veteran of business development in Nevada. Her knowledge of the architectural, engineering, and construction industries, as well as the commercial real estate industry, puts Randi at the forefront of community development and economic growth. Randi’s strongest asset is her ability to connect with people at any level, from construction laborers to boardroom directors. Her passion for bringing people together is what drives her success in reaching new clients and cultivating new opportunities for our Nevada Division. Randi believes in lifelong relationships that extend beyond a project or sale – her willingness to go out of her way for people and anticipate the needs of others continues to distinguish her. She most recently served as Executive Director of NAIOP Northern Nevada, Chairwoman of NNV Transportation Coalition, and Entrepreneur Coach for the Ozman Center at UNR. She is a Board Member of Reno ICE and Jewish Nevada. Randi also owns a custom furniture business with her husband Tim.
Steve Garcia's Bio
Steve Garcia serves as Brycon’s Business Development Director in New Mexico. Steve brings more than 33 years of military service, reaching a senior executive program manager position prior to his retirement. A high-energy individual, Steve focuses on developing relationships with clients and prospective clients. A native to Albuquerque, he uses his exceptional networking skills and broad knowledge of the community to connect with local business leaders. His goal is to understand client business needs and determine how Brycon can best meet those needs. Steve graduated from the University of New Mexico with a Bachelor of University Studies. His post-graduate work includes a Master of Business Administration from Grantham University, a Master of Science of Inter-American Defense and Security from the Inter-American Defense College, and a Master of Western Hemispheric Defense and Security from the National Academy of Political and Strategic Studies in Santiago, Chile.

Tracy McNamara's Bio
Tracy McNamara has been with Brycon for 29 years serving in several positions, including human resources, cost control, project engineering, and project management. As Brycon’s Human Resources/Risk Control Manager, her expertise includes building teamwork and talent management. She works with a team to develop process improvement initiatives, hiring and staffing strategies, training and education, and employee engagement. In addition, Tracy is responsible for addressing issues associated with risk management, such as analyzing risk, insurance matters, regulatory compliance, client contract oversight, subcontractor management, and safety reporting and compliance.
