Clean Zone Technology LLC™ (CZT) is a Colorado Springs, Colorado company which provides a full range of contamination control strategies and technologies to a worldwide customer base. We offer a complete line of Hardwall Cleanrooms and Softwall Cleanrooms, ranging from ISO 4 to ISO 8 (Class 10 to Class 100,000), Mini-environments, Flow Benches, Pass-thru-Boxes, Office and Home Air Filtration Units, Cleanroom Accessories and Consulting Services.

Additional services offered by Clean Zone Technology LLC™ range from developing cleanroom build specifications to generating operation protocols. We are dedicated exclusively to the development and continuance of contamination/particulate control technologies.

We design each cleanroom to meet your specific class and size requirements utilizing certified suppliers for standard equipment, i.e. Fan Filter Units, Cleanroom Lights, Gasketed Tee Grid Systems, Pass-Thru Boxes, Flow Benches and Wet Stations. We offer a wide range of wall systems ranging from conductive aluminum to standard vinyls. Our staff monitors the construction of the cleanrooms to assure they meet the highest standards required by our customers.

Our knowledgeable installation crew has installed cleanrooms throughout the U.S. and Internationally. The softwall cleanrooms CZT II and CZT III will generally be installed in days and the hardwall cleanrooms CZT I and CZTIV in two to three weeks.

Don Zytka, President of Clean Zone Technology LLC™, has spent the past 25+ years in cleanroom planning, project management, resolution of contamination issues, production and engineering management and vendor base integration in the development of clean manufacturing sites in the U.S. and Far East.

His expertise is in the management of cleanroom design and build projects, cleanroom construction management, cleanroom operation management, and generation of cleanroom construction and operation protocols, protocol training, and the auditing of clean environments. He has been issued a patent as the inventor of a Class I Mini-Environment, currently in operation in the U.S. and the Far East.
