Claudia Najem has always shown an affinity towards management.
She started working immediately out of high school for a local newspaper as the Director of Social Department while pursuing a law degree.
Several years later, her observations skills, attention to details and great personality made her one of the top producing real estate agent in Texas for over 8 years.
Claudia and her family moved to California in 2008 where she continued utilizing her skills in different fields (real estate, property management, construction, IT).
Due to her management and computer skills, she was recruited by a digital marketing company for a Result Analyst/ Account Manager position and later started working as a Construction Assistant Manager on several project assignments for various contractors' and construction management companies.
In the process, she obtained her Google Analytics Certificate and her Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate.
