Scope Of Work
The most ambitious effort by Municipal Art Society of New York ever allowed 1400 + architects from all around the world to compete suggest their views and designs. I was one of the 5 First prize winners. The Chelsea Piers was the first project based on my proposal that became a real thing. But none of the connections to inner Manhattan never materialized, the people and families that really needed it.
