Robert Jenkins's Bio
Mr. Jenkins has 27 years of experience in the construction/architectural industry. He is a graduate of Arizona State University. In Arizona he attended Frank Lloyd Wright School of Design.
Mr. Jenkins provides all phases of architectural services, ranging from pre-design and programming; schematic design and design development; through to construction documentation, specification writing and construction administration. His past experience includes shell office buildings, both industrial and commercial; tenant improvement and facility modernization; and residential homes. .
Past experience: include tenant improvement projects for high tech clients such as ETEC Systems, Inc., Reaction Technologies, Dynamic Circuits, Xicor, and California Micro Devices; as well as development clients including Speaker Properties, McCandless Development and Lincoln Property Company.
Mr. Jenkins is experienced with ADA compliance and the American Disability Act. He is a member of the Construction Specifications Institute (CSI) and the American Institute of Architects (AIA).
Jim Arnett's Bio
Mr. Arnett has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. He entered the general contracting arena and has extensive experience managing work in Oregon, California, Montana, Washington, Hawaii, Alaska and Nevada. In addition the managing projects, he has done a lot of estimating and staff organization and training. Mr. Arnett was also the President of Construction for a excavation company in Oregon.
Mr. Arnett has worked on some very large construction projects including Hotels, Casino, Town Houses, Supermarkets, Office Buildings, Restaurants, Malls and Dealerships. He coordinates the design of projects from conception to completion and assures customer satisfaction. He has tailored his management skills by interfacing with and managing Architects, Owners, subcontractors and work crews.
Mr. Arnett formal industry training includes the completion of Cultural Diversity. OSHA Ten, OSHA Thirty, CPR First Aid and AED.
