Edward J. Audy's Bio
With broad experience in heavy and light commercial and residential projects, Mr. Audy’s career in the construction industry spans more than 40 years. His early years were spent working for his father’s tree business; later moving into construction as a crane operator.
Ed has developed his experience and knowledge to include project management, administration and business management; undertaking projects from sensitive and occupied medical facilities to office buildings and industrial operations. As a founding partner of Waverly, Mr. Audy oversees human resource needs for its field operations, coordinates OSHA compliance, and manages all aspects of Preconstruction Services.
In line with the philosophies of Waverly, Ed serves on the Board of Directors and Alumni Board of Mount Saint Joseph High School and has been an active member of the William S. Baer School’s Private Partnership Board, whose focus is exclusively on the therapeutic needs of severely handicapped children. Using his construction skills to help the community, Ed has been committed to volunteering his time to Habitat for Humanity. As an avid bicyclist, he also finds time to dedicate to the American Diabetes Association, taking part in their annual Tour de Cure cycling event.
John F. Eyring, III's Bio
Having over four decades of construction experience, that includes years working on a pile driving crew, Mr. Eyring is a founding partner of Waverly and serves on the Management Board of our sister company, EastWave Building Company in Warsaw, Poland.
Mr. Eyring has an extensive understanding of, and experience in domestic and international business management. His background includes heavy and light commercial projects, project management, administration and business management. His experience, knowledge, and forward-thinking have put him in the position of overseeing Waverly’s overall operations and working to ensure its future.
Jef is very involved in local issues. He has helped to organize community-based sailing programs for physically and socially disadvantaged residents of Baltimore, served on the Board of the American Red Cross, served as president of the boards of the Building Congress & Exchange and its Foundation; and serves on the Executive Committee and Board of Directors of the Alzheimer’s Association Greater Maryland Chapter.

Pamela Hundley's Bio
With a career in the construction industry that spans over 30 years (minus a few for motherhood and living out of state), Ms. Hundley’s experience is through a mix of formal education, on-the-job training and a questioning mind. She quickly made her mark through attention to detail and sound office skills and has grown personally and professionally to become a partner in Waverly.
Considering education important, she has completed numerous classes related to her job as well as those which have allowed her to explore personal interests. Possessing a belief that everything can be improved upon, combined with her extensive experience in estimating, administration and project management; she continually seeks better approaches to accomplishing the company’s goals
In keeping with the values of the company, she has eagerly guided Waverly’s volunteer efforts for such organizations as the Alzheimer’s Association, Komen Maryland Race for the Cure, William S. Baer School and the American Diabetes Association as well as organizing toy drives.

Manny Rivera's Bio
Active in the construction industry for over 20 years, Mr. Rivera is a remarkable asset to Waverly and its customers. With a well-rounded and extensive construction background, he has contributed to the company’s success through his positions in estimating, project management and field supervision. His experience and knowledge of the construction business has Mr. Rivera involved in the roles of Senior Superintendent and mentor to new hires and current field staff. Waverly is pleased to have Mr. Rivera as one if its partners.
A career that started out working for his father’s construction business, Mr. Rivera’s project experience includes shell building construction, site improvements and interior finishes. He is our “go-to” guy for projects that have unique challenges; and which require exceptional problem-solving capability.
His candor and ability to offer effective solutions to daunting problems, combined with his willingness to jump in and help, make him a valuable and respected leader.
Robert Bates's Bio
Employed in the drywall field immediately out of school, combined with the knowledge he gained while developing and building homes; Mr. Bates’ skill, experience and knowledge over the past 30+ years have lead him on the path to head Waverly’s Self-Performing Division (SPD) and earned him a partnership with the Company.
Acquiring essential trade skills while attending a vocational training program in his early years, Mr. Bates has perfected those talents as well as gained valuable management experience. His strong work ethic and can-do attitude are vital to a project’s success as he coordinates labor and material resources, generating estimates and managing projects that are self-performed by Waverly.
With an unflappable demeanor, he spends time between the office and jobsites, where he not only oversees the projects, but still jumps in; working with his hands and training those new to the field.
