Doug Morrison's Bio
Since joining Callahan as a Project Manager in 1999, Doug Morrison has executed hundreds of different projects, of all sizes and across multiple markets, Chief Operating Officer and a key member of Callahan’s senior leadership team, he provides oversight and management of all corporate operations, controls, policies, and procedures, manages staffing requirements, and is responsible for ensuring communication and efficiency across our services.
Doug holds a Construction Supervisor License from the state of Massachusetts. He has completed OSHA trainings as well as Red Cross training for Adult First Aid/CPR/AED. He is a graduate of Gordon College.
Patrick Callahan's Bio
As President, Patrick Callahan’s corporate responsibilities include strategic planning, oversight of all financial and administrative operations, and management of the company’s leadership team. Patrick works directly with clients, carrying forward his family’s commitment to excellent client service, from pre-construction to project completion – and beyond.
Patrick began working in the family business in 1988 and over the years has gained leadership experience in all areas of management, including finance, legal, planning, personnel, and business development. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Plymouth State College and is a board member of the Associated Builders and Contractors of Massachusetts.
Timothy Callahan's Bio
In addition to his corporate responsibilities as a Vice President, Timothy Callahan manages the operations of Callahan’s Site Work Division. This includes oversight for all Callahan controlled sites as well as sites that are contracted out. Timothy coordinates planning during all phases of site development, helping to ensure a successful project. He is also responsible for labor placement, equipment assignment, and scheduling and budgeting. Prior to becoming Vice President, Timothy served as a project manager and superintendent for Callahan, managing projects throughout the Eastern United States.
Timothy is a graduate of Dean College. He holds a Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License and a Massachusetts Hoisting Engineer License, and has received both OSHA safety training and training for hazardous material and waste operations.
Estimating, Purchasing & Preconstruction
Frank DiCenso's Bio
As a member of our leadership team, Frank DiCenso oversees the daily management, supervision, coordination and successful completion of the preconstruction phase of projects. This includes contracting, scheduling, estimating, purchasing and bidding.
Frank joined Callahan in 1995. He is a graduate of Bridgewater State University and has completed OSHA safety training.
Joe Conlon's Bio
A member of our senior leadership team, Joe Conlon works across different markets and project teams to determine construction costs. Through his technical expertise and experience analyzing project drawings and plans, Joe ensures that all estimates produced by Callahan are accurate, complete, and in full compliance with the scope of work. He also oversees the bid solicitation process for subcontractors.
Joe joined Callahan in 2011. He is a graduate of Wentworth Institute of Technology and has completed OSHA safety training.
Operations
David Morrow's Bio
Dave is a civil engineer with 35 years of experience in design, permitting, and construction management. As a project executive, Dave has managed various product types and clients in the Greater Boston area. In his role as Vice President of New York Operations, Dave has taken the lead in developing Callahan’s New York and New Jersey market presence. Dave will be responsible for working with new and existing clients managing Callahan’s resources to develop projects from early phases of project development through preconstruction, GMP development and ultimately responsible for client satisfaction and project success in the region.
Dave holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering Technology from Central New England College. He also holds a Massachusetts Construction Supervisors License and is OSHA 10 and 30 Hour certified.
Gail Dibona's Bio
As Callahan’s Office Manager and Executive Assistant, Gail DiBona works with senior leadership and other employees from across the company. Her responsibilities include scheduling client appointments, greeting clients and visitors, managing supplies, and general organization for the office. She has been an important part of the Callahan team since 2000.
Gail is known for her ability to anticipate the needs of clients and colleagues. Immediately prior to joining Callahan, she was Office Manager for a private chiropractic practice, where she had oversight of billing as well as direct contact with patients.
Jessica Anthony's Bio
As Project Executive, Jessica Anthony ensures the quality and integrity of Callahan’s construction management process through all project phases. In her role, she manages project teams, resolves major construction-related issues, and maintains strong communication with clients. Jessica’s ultimate goal is to bring the project to completion on time and within budget. She joined Callahan in 2013.
Jessica earned a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering Technology from Wentworth Institute of Technology and is a LEED® Accredited Professional. She has participated in OSHA safety training and is a Certified Engineer in Training.
Paul Doherty's Bio
Paul oversees field operations including, superintendents, MEPS services and safety. He provides upper management level supervision, training and job assignment to construction personnel. He is responsible for inspecting all construction job sites for quality control throughout the building process by walking projects, instructing staff, and meeting with and instructing subcontractors. He also assures all codes and municipality laws are enforced at all job sites.
Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth and a Master of Science in Construction Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology. Prior to joining Callahan, Paul worked for Shawmut Design and Construction for over 20 years. He’s completed OSHA safety trainings and is certified by the Red Cross in Adult First Aid and CPR.
Rachel Aprea's Bio
Rachel joined Callahan in 2005 as an Assistant Project Manager. She works closely with the Project Managers and coordinates with other project team members on a daily basis. She processes all project documentation through Prolog and creates and tracks the flow of RFIs, submittals, transmittals, change orders, and prepares logs for Project Manager/Owner review. Rachel also reviews project schedules, budgets, updates, and prepares monthly project reports.
Prior to joining Callahan, Rachel worked as a Construction Administration Coordinator for an Architectural firm. She brings over 14 years of construction experience to her role and is Adult First Aid/CPR/AED Certified
Robert Sanda's Bio
Robert Sanda has served as Callahan’s Civil Engineer since 2006. He oversees all in-house civil engineering services, including permitting, site preparation, and utility design. Robert brings extensive knowledge of site work to preconstruction, coordinating with clients on conceptual layouts for new developments, and working with them to identify value engineering opportunities.
Prior to joining Callahan, Robert held positions at BSC Group and SEA Consultants, Inc. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth and is a Registered Professional Engineer and Certified Soil Evaluator in the state of Massachusetts. Robert is also a LEED® Accredited Professional.
Steve Carley's Bio
As Project Executive, Steve ensures seamless construction management across all project phases, from the conception to completion. In his role, Steve oversees the entire project team, and is on-site throughout the life of a project, resolving issues and coordinating communication with our employees, subcontractors, and clients. Throughout the process, Steve monitors schedule and budget, and ensures value and quality.
Prior to joining Callahan in 2005, Steve worked as a Project Executive at Suffolk Construction. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Rutgers University, and has completed OSHA training. Steve is also a LEED® Accredited Professional.
Business Development, Marketing & Sales
Phil Dinan's Bio
Phil is responsible for managing Callahan’s partnerships with existing clients, city officials, and community stakeholders while at the same time building new relationships. Phil works with senior leadership on strategic company planning, communications, sales, and marketing efforts.
Phil has been with Callahan for 6 years and is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC) and NAIOP where he serves on the Developing Leaders and Government Affairs committees.
Steve Callahan, Jr.'s Bio
As Vice President of Business Development, Steve is responsible for managing the firm’s partnerships with existing clients while at the same time building new relationships. Steve works with senior leadership on strategic company planning and oversees all sales and marketing efforts.
Steve holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Trinity College and a construction supervisor license from the state of Massachusetts. He is a LEED® Green Associate and a member of the Young Contractor’s Council. Steve has completed OSHA safety training's and is certified by the Red Cross in Adult First Aid/CPR/AED.

Frank J Murphy's Bio
Frank Murphy has over 28 years of experience in all aspects of architectural practice. His completed work includes new construction, renovation and historic preservation of landmark buildings, multifamily, hospitality, and urban and town planning. As Callahan’s in-house Architect, he is responsible for ensuring a thorough and in-depth review of all project documents, from initial design through final construction. During the preconstruction phase, Frank oversees assessment of site use and density, constructability review, code analysis, and scope coordination.
Frank received his Bachelor of Architecture from Florida A&M university in 1992 where he was awarded their annual Design Prize. He holds Architectural professional licenses in Rhode Island and Massachusetts.
Justin Azbill's Bio
As a member of our Leadership Team, Justin serves as the Director of Safety. Justin is an energetic leader whose top priority is to ensure that the Safety Culture at Callahan is maintained in a fashion that delivers projects injury free.
Justin Leads a team of safety professionals that is responsible for ensuring the workplace is in compliance with OSHA and other State, local, or industry specific regulations. His team also provides programs that ensure a safe workplace including safety orientations, skill training, emergency preparedness, proper job instruction, hazardous material disposal procedures, and the use of protective equipment.
In addition to Justin’s success in safety, he is the recipient of the 2018 MCAA Safety Professional of the year, ESGR Patriot Employer Award, and the VPPP STAR Award.
Wayne Wendell's Bio
Wayne Wendell joined Callahan in 2007. As Superintendent, he is responsible for supervising and coordinating project construction activities. He works closely with Callahan’s on-site team and subcontractors, monitoring project schedules, providing overall quality assurance, and seeking ways to expedite field operations. He also manages material usage and inspections, and enforces safety and security controls.
Prior to joining Callahan, Wayne worked at E.A. Fish, Turner Construction, and Suffolk Construction. He holds a Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License, a Boston Engineering License, and has attended courses at Franklin Institute of Technology and Wentworth Institute of Technology. Wayne has completed OSHA safety training and is certified by the Red Cross in Adult First Aid and CPR.
William Gregg's Bio
Will joined Callahan in 2017 as QA/QC Manager. He works with project teams, clients, architects, engineers, and 3rd party consultants, to disseminate and grow QA standards and QC for all work being performed, to meet or exceed project expectations.
Will has a Masters Degree in Architecture from Washington University and has worked in Construction Management for 21 years. He is a LEED AP and member of the American Society for Quality.
