Jhonny is a graduate of Bryant University with a degree in Business and Marketing. In 2009, Jhonny took the family business and grew it from a residential construction company to the multi-million dollar company it is today. Heroica Construction has completed and negotiated many impressive contracts with well known clients in the Rhode Island and Massachusetss business community, including Brown University, Johnson & Wales, Roger Williams, the Procaccianti Group, Carpionato Properties, Foxwoods Resort Casino, Gilbane Building Company, Bond Brothers, and Keith Construction. Under Jhonny's leadership, Heroica has completed a variety of construction projects ranging from dormitories and multi-residential complexes to commercial and industrial work. These projects include Essex Village and Kings Grant in Warwick, and the Wiggins Village Apartments, Oliver Perry Middle School, and St. Xavier Hall in Providence.

Ryan is a recent graduate of Fitchburg State University with a Bachelor's degree in Business

Alison received her civil engineer degree from Roger Williams University and has 30 years of experience in the engineering and construction field. She has worked in Boston designing utility relocation plans for the Central Artery/Tunnel Project for 10 years. Also, while in Boston, she worked on many State construction projects for Massachusetts Port Authority, Boston Water and Sewer Commission and Massachusetts Water Resources Authority. While working in Rhode Island, Alison completed civil/site design projects for the Rhode Island Department of Transportation and has worked with the Narragansett Bay Commission, Providence Water Authority and Kent County Water Authority to procure permits for water and sewer construction project within the State. Currently, at Heroica Construction, Alison is preparing estimates and managing construction projects using Sage 300 and Bluebeam software.

Libell is a graduate of UCONN and currently plays the role of Assistant Project Manager. She supports the day-to-day project management operations on projects and provides support for the Project Manager, who is ultimately responsible for managing and coordinating all the necessary resources and documentation throughout the entire project lifecycle. She’s responsible for reviewing and tracking contracts, pricing, purchase orders, change orders, shop drawings, submittals, insurance certificates and Requests for Information (RFI). Libell also works on submitting building permits, planning revision submissions to municipalities; collaborating with Counsel on contract and insurance modifications and discrepancies.

Stanford has a long history of architecture and construction experience. He has studied the field of architecture from high school into college at Howard University. While working for firms in Washington D.C. and Rhode Island, he was ranked top in his field as a structural and architectural draftsman. In 1980, Stanford started his own construction business and ran it successfully until he retired in 2010 to become a consultant to owners, general contractors, subcontractors, and agencies. During his time in business, Stanford has completed multi-residential, single residential, commercial, hotel, and industrial projects. He has worked alongside some of the largest builders and developers in the industry, namely Gilbane, Dimeo, Aspen Group, and many more. Through his dedication and experience in the fields of construction and architecture, Stanford was certified as an instructor by the National Center for Construction Education. For several years, he developed and taught estimating and project management classes using advance software solutions such as Sage 100, Sage 300, Microsoft, Google Office Suites, Bluebeam, and more.

Since joining Heroica in 2012, ?Rosalba has been specially trained on the Accounting and Payroll modules of Sage 100. Rosalba handles all vendor account invoices, insurance monitoring , monthly AR statements, payroll, certified payroll reports, petty cash, bank reconciliations, and financial reports for the CPA. She works very closely with the project managers to keep the project accounting records up to date. Rosalba is proficient with office equipment (scanners and faxes) and other software programs like QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite. In addition to all of her skills, she is talented at digital communication such as email and online research.

Jennifer Isabella joins the team as an administrative clerk. She assists project managers to administer several construction projects at any given time. In addition to those duties, she helps out with human resources and marketing. Jen is a great multi-task and is always ready to apply her admin skills to any task.

Yonny has over 25 years of experience as a tradesman with specialities in painting and carpentry. He is an extremely talented painter with a vast experience performing high level paint work that includes paint application, primers, solvents, sealants, caulk to wood, plaster, sheet rock, concrete, synthetic interior finishes, and exterior finishes. Yonny excels at maintaining and securing both commercial and residential facilities, all while keeping them in safe working condition and making the necessary repairs. Yonny can produce high-end finishes in several trades including (but not limited to) finish carpentry, ceramic tile, VCT and sheet vinyl flooring, drywall, taping and more. The majority of Yonny's experience covers single family and multifamily projects, but since joining Heroica, he has expanded his talents to include commercial, institutional, and hotel projects. Yonny is committed to producing top-quality work along his team members to achieve organizational goals.
