Scope Of Work
Located in the heart of Portland, 40 Free Street is a mixed-use building, with 44 premium one and two bedroom residential apartments, 7 penthouse suites and commercial space on the ground level. The building was designed by Ryan Senatore Architecture, and AlliedCook Construction Corp worked on it from fall of 2019 to spring 2021.
Just a few blocks away from the Portland Museum of Art and the Portland Public Market, along with many other Old Port amenities, 40 Free Street is perfect for residents of Portland and businesses alike.
The building features large format granite columns and headers on the street level. Rooftop balconies for the premium apartments have a 360-degree panoramic view of both Portland’s harbor and its vibrant city skyline.
