AlliedCook Construction is a commercial construction management firm established in 1958 in Portland, Maine by Donald W. Cook. Don owned and managed the company until 1977 when his son, David H. Cook became President. It was in the mid-1970s that AlliedCook transitioned from a general contractor to a Construction Management firm.

Today, David’s son Matthew D. Cook serves as President of AlliedCook and son Daniel S. Cook serves as Executive Vice President. Read Bios of the AlliedCook Owners.
