Alex Hernandez's Bio
Alex, the President and Managing Partner, established Hernandez Consulting & Construction in 2005 to provide project management services to government clients. Under Alex’s leadership, the firm has grown exponentially and now actively operates in a large portion of the United States. Prior to starting Hernandez Consulting, he was an executive at Citigroup where he worked in the areas of Global Operations and Infrastructure leading various re-engineering initiatives, process improvements, and project manager roles. Alex began his career as a Captain in the U.S. Marine Corps specializing in Logistics Operations. He also sits on the Board of Directors for the Veterans Services of America, Inc. and the Tulane Alumni Association. Alex holds both a BA Cum Laude and an MBA from Tulane University
Richard Albert's Bio
Richard is the founder and president of Albert Architecture & Urban Design, a New Orleans based architectural design firm with experience servicing both public and private sector clients. Richard is a hands-on principal who brings over twenty years of proven architectural experience and a strong passion for design to every project. His professional career has included work with many of the premier design groups in the Louisiana area and he has experience with a large number of property types. As a principal, he has found that most clients enjoy an active role in the architectural design process and believes that communication is key to success. Albert Architecture became a subsidiary of Hernandez Consulting in 2012. Richard is currently the Vice President Architecture of Hernandez Consulting.

John-Michael Johnson 's Bio
John-Michael is one of Hernandez Consulting’s most senior project managers. His experience overseeing large commercial construction projects encompasses a variety of disciplines. John-Michael is a native of Alexandria, LA, and graduate of Tulane University’s undergraduate School of Engineering and Masters of Business Administration program. He is the lead manager for new construction, renovation and design-build projects in Texas and North Louisiana with responsibilities for all Corps of Engineers projects as well.
Pat Davis's Bio
Pat joined Hernandez Consulting in 2010 and now works as Operations Manager. Originally from New Jersey, Pat moved to New Orleans to attend and eventually graduate from Tulane University with a Bachelor of Science in Management and a minor in Architectural Studies. Prior to Hernandez Consulting, Pat worked as an architectural draftsman. Pat oversees projects in Tennessee, Arkansas, Mississippi, and Louisiana. Pat has proven to be a valuable project and program manager as Hernandez Consulting along with Albert Architecture and H A design build further expand nationwide.

Steve Riley's Bio
Steve is a seasoned construction professional specializing in project management and business development. Prior to joining Hernandez Consulting, Steve owned and operated his own commercial and residential roofing company and then worked as the Director of Construction for all domestic and international projects for a SDVOSB contractor. Currently, Steve manages Hernandez’s Fayetteville office and oversees all ongoing projects and business development efforts in the Heartland Region of the United States.
Tucker Crawford's Bio
As the Director of Commercial Development for Hernandez Consulting & Construction and Albert Architecture, Tucker's experience in sustainable development and renewable energy adds additional general and specialty contracting expertise to our ever expanding capabilities. He is a Louisiana licensed commercial building contractor with power plant, solar energy and specialty foundations designations. Additionally, Tucker served as a consultant for Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) with the Livingston Group, headed by the Honorable Robert “Bob” Livingston, former Speaker Elect of the U.S. House of Representatives. He has also consulted on research projects for the Department of Defense. Tucker is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) and the former President of the Gulf States Renewable Energy Industries Association (GSREIA), the official SEIA chapter for Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama. He was also a former board member of the LA USGBC which implements the LEED building program. Among his many speaking engagements, usually regarding energy project construction and management, Tucker is a frequent guest lecturer for Tulane University’s A.B Freeman School of Business Energy Institute MBA program, the French-American Chamber of Commerce, Electric Utility Consultants Inc.,(EUCI) the Caribbean-Central American Action Series, HBA and ABC conferences to name a few. He is graduate of Tulane University and Loyola University’s Institute of Politics.

Ruth Dunn's Bio
Ruth joined Hernandez Consulting in 2010 and currently serves as Vice President of Administration and Finance. Her role includes overseeing operations for the New Orleans office, managing administrative support for project managers, maintaining certifications compliance, as well as managing GSA task orders throughout Louisiana. Prior to joining Hernandez Consulting, Ruth worked in Human Resources for SA IT Services, an Atlanta-based provider of IT professional and IT managed services. In her role with SA IT, Ruth and her team supported over 500 employees nationwide. Through her education and positions throughout her career, Ruth has demonstrated the skills necessary to develop Hernandez Consulting and Construction as a design and construction leader throughout the entire Gulf South region. Ruth is a graduate of the University of Georgia. Ruth is also a graduate of the Interise Emerging Leaders ‘Street Wise MBA’ program.
