Crawford Tracey provided support from preconstruction through construction documents, assisting the designers with project specific details of their NOA approved system. From the design development documents to the completion of the construction documents Crawford Tracey was able to hold their price.The project completed as scheduled which would not have been possible without the building envelopes completion on time. At the completion of the project the Owner water tested the buildings exterior glass and glazing to everyones satisfaction. This project has now been open a year without a call back on the building envelope including the glass and glazing provided by Crawford Tracey.
