Bob began his career with Faith Technologies in 2009, and served as a branch manager and vice president, before assuming his current role as executive vice president of critical services / executive director.
Bob holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Engineering from Iowa State University, and is also a graduate of the Master of Business Administration (MBA) Executive Program from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.

Chris began his career at Faith Technologies in 2002 as an electrician, and has held several leadership roles with the company, including superintendent, estimator, project manager, group manager of wireless services and vice president of critical technologies.
As Faith Technologies’ senior vice president of geographies, Chris leads our company’s field solutions efforts. Some of his responsibilities include overseeing electrical solutions (service work), electrical risk management / arc flash, specialty systems (low voltage), energy field solutions, field commissioning and startup services, and constant presence onsite solutions for Faith’s strategic partners.
David Jahner's Bio
David began his career with Faith Technologies in 1992 as an electrical apprentice, and later assumed roles as a specialty systems technician and in project management. He has continued to serve in positions of increasing responsibility and strategic influence from vice president and executive vice president, to group president, president of construction, and most recently president of Faith Technologies.
As the president of Faith Technologies, David is responsible for developing and executing the strategic and tactical operational plans for the company. David strives to achieve efficient and profitable objectives while assuring there is a strong management team in place capable of effectively growing and managing the business.
David is active in the daily management of the company and is responsible for all aspects of strategic management and business development efforts for the construction operations for all of Faith Technologies.
David completed the Electronics Engineering Technology program at Herzing University – Madison, and also studied construction courses at Clemson University.

George Van Der Linden's Bio
George began his career with Faith Technologies in 1987 as an electrical apprentice. He earned his journeyman license in 1991 and went on to become a project manager. George has held a number of leadership roles with Faith Technologies, including branch manager, vice president of business development, vice president of operations, executive vice president, group president and most recently executive director.
As executive director, George is responsible for developing and leading the continuous improvement culture and sustaining the competitive advantage at Faith Technologies. He is also responsible at the Board of Director and Executive Team level to identify and capitalize on emerging trends and lead innovation.
George is active in the daily management of the company, and is responsible for all aspects of strategic management.

Mike Jansen 's Bio
Mike began his career with Faith Technologies in 1984 as an electrical apprentice. During his tenure with the company, he has served in positions of increasing responsibility and strategic influence, including project manager, executive vice president, president and most recently, CEO.
As Faith Technologies’ CEO, Mike is responsible for providing strategic leadership by working with the Board of Directors and executive vice presidents to establish long-range goals and strategies aligning with future national growth opportunities. He oversees all levels of corporate management, establishes corporate objectives, ensures profitability growth, fulfills corporate commitment, implements efficiencies and mentors fellow executives and managers.
Mike serves as an arbiter of Faith values, models the values, educates others about the values and continually explains how the values tie into the way the enterprise functions. Mike acts as a role model and the champion of change for the company.

Scott Romenesko's Bio
Scott began his career with Faith Technologies in 2014 as director of strategic growth, and later transitioned into the role of group president of industrial, where he was responsible for all aspects of strategic management and business development efforts for the Industrial vertical markets.
Scott currently holds the role of president of manufacturing, and is responsible for developing and executing the strategic and tactical operational plans for Faith’s manufacturing services. Scott is active in the daily management of the company and drives the development and growth of the manufacturing business, while assuring there is a strong management team in place to carry out its strategic plan. He is also responsible for building and maintaining key customer relationships and the business development efforts for manufacturing services. Scott strives to achieve efficient and profitable objectives while assuring consistent growth throughout the company.

Tom Clark's Bio
Tom began his career with Faith Technologies in 2008 as the director of marketing, and later transitioned to the executive vice president of preconstruction. With nearly 20 years of industry experience, Tom has led the company’s marketing, business development and preconstruction service efforts, now with a new focus on proactively developing Faith Technologies’ Solutions portfolio to continually provide increased value to Faith’s partner and client base.
Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing from Lakeland College, Sheboygan, Wisconsin, and an Associate of Science degree in Marketing from Fox Valley Technical College, Appleton, Wisconsin.

Vance began his career at Faith Technologies in 2019 as the President of Faith Technologies University (FTU), our state-of-the-art apprenticeship program. He is responsible for defining, creating, and implementing a global learning and development strategy for FTU, as well as supporting specific training and development initiatives within the organization. Vance has nearly 20 years of experience in directing corporate education strategies, team management and consulting.

Heath Luedtke's Bio
Heath began his career at Faith Technologies in 1994 as an apprentice, and has held several leadership roles with the company, including superintendent, project manager, Madison branch manager and vice president of mission critical.
Heath now serves as Faith Technologies’ senior vice president of preconstruction. With more than 25 years of industry experience, Heath leads the company’s growing preconstruction services, with a specific focus on proactively developing Faith Technologies’ engineering and preconstruction activities to continually provide increased value to our client base.
Heath holds an associate’s degree in Electro/Mechanical Technology from Fox Valley Technical College in Appleton, Wisconsin.

Michael joined Faith Technologies in 2018, building upon his successful career formulating strategy and implementation at organizations around the US and the world. He is responsible for partnering with Faith’s executive team and strategic leaders to set organizational direction, build financial strength and enhance the organization’s ability to effectively support its growth.
Michael has a diverse leadership background encompassing financial leadership, manufacturing and supply-chain management, sales and marketing, information technology and program management. He has more than a decade of proven P&L management with broad exposure to corporate capital structures, ESOP financial structures, benefit assessments and company valuation methodologies. He is skilled in creating high-performance teams and enjoys developing people in an environment of respect, collaboration, excellence and ownership that work together to deliver outstanding business success.

Rocky began his career with Faith Technologies in 2014, and manages and oversees the company’s safety program to create a culture of safety for all employees. With more than 15 years of hands-on safety leadership experience, he plans, develops and coordinates safe practices and processes of personnel, materials, equipment and environments, and establishes processes and procedures that are in compliance with local, state and federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations.
Rocky holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Safety from the University of Central Oklahoma, and a Master of Science degree in Industrial Hygiene from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. He is also a safety trained supervisor and construction safety and health technician through the Board of Certified Safety Professionals.
