Darryl has many roles with BCI including as Vice President of Safety and is responsible for company and employee safety practices.  He draws on his 24 plus years of experience to estimate, manage and closeout water and wastewater treatment plant projects efficiently.  He also serves as the Corporate Secretary and Treasurer for BCI.

John has more than 25 years of experience designing and building commercial buildings, industrial projects and water and wastewater treatment facilities. Under his leadership, BCI has become a premier contractor to clients in both the public and private arena.  John ensures that BCI delivers to every customer an innovative, cost-effective, sustainable building solution that is on-time and on-budget.

Shannon Stallmeyer is the Chief Financial Officer at Building Crafts, Inc., with responsibility for managing all aspects of the company’s accounting and finance activities including financial records, payroll, banking, budget analysis and daily operation of the accounting department. She started her career with Building Crafts, Inc. in 2011 and has over 16 years of experience in construction finance and CPA work. She earned her Master’s degree from the University of Kentucky and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Brad contributes 30 years of his experience to BCI’s success in estimating, managing, and closing out water and wastewater treatment projects. He uses his knowledge of past projects to provide cost savings, schedule adjustments, problem solving and communication skills to complete projects on-time and within budget.  He is also responsible for BCI’s IT infrastructure.

Greg brings 29 years of service to the water resources industry.  He is uniquely experienced in the design, construction and maintenance of collector wells and is a licensed geologist in Indiana and through AIPG.  Greg is a graduate of Miami University in Oxford, OH and has a M.S. degree in geology.

Jeff has 35 years of experience in the construction industry with a strong background in education, food processing plants, water and wastewater treatment plants, healthcare, industrial and commercial construction. His attention to detail and communication skills helps his projects to be completed on-time and within budget. These are the reasons you definitely want Jeff on your team when you are designing, planning and building your project.

Steve has 20 years of project management experience of large-scale Water & Wastewater Treatment related projects.  His projects have serviced private, industrial and municipal clients alike.  His projects have addressed a wide variety of clients needs including, new water treatment plants, wastewater treatment plants, flood control pump stations, groundwater remediation, and various pump station upgrades. He is a graduate of The Ohio State University, and has a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering.

Todd has focused his career in the water and wastewater industry, participating in the design and construction of hundreds of industrial wastewater treatment systems. Todd’s experience includes working as an Engineering Consultant plus Vice President of Engineering for an industrial wastewater equipment manufacturer and he is currently the Principal Engineer for the Industrial Solutions Division of Building Crafts, Inc.

Troy specializes in commercial construction.  He has been negotiating contracts for new buildings, additions, remodels and maintenance projects with Farm Credit Services of America for the last 19 years. Prior to that, he was responsible for building educational facilities, theatres and municipal projects.  His management, scheduling, budgeting and cost saving skills are key contributors to his success in providing quality projects to clients over the last 30 years.
