John J. Bernauer is a Vice President for Industrial Service Enterprises whose primary duties with the company include Estimating, Design, and seeing the EZ-Riser Roof Raising Project from start to finish. He also sits on the Board of Directors and is the ISE Corporate Secretary.

The reason he has chosen the structural steel industry is because he enjoys the challenges involved in adding additional height to an existing building, as well as conventional structural steel projects.

Sante "Sandy" D'Emidio is an Estimator / Project Manager and partner for Industrial Services Enterprises. Sandy's primary duties with the company include estimating structural steel projects, project management, business development, as well as promoting EZ Riser Roof Raising projects.  Sandy also sits on the board of directors for ISE.

Sandy was born into the steel business and is a third generation family member at ISE. His father was the president of ISE for over 30 years. At only 32 years of age, Sandy already has 15 years of experience in the Steel Industry. Sandy started working around the fabrication shop as a young boy doing odd jobs like mowing the lawn and cleaning up. In his teenage years he worked in the fabrication shop making parts and painting steel. During his high school and college years, Sandy worked as an Ironworker for ISE.

Sandy attended Rider University in Lawrenceville, NJ where he studied Business Administration. After college, Sandy came on board with ISE full time, splitting his workload between the office and the field operations.  In 2009 Sandy moved into the office full time.  In 2012 Sandy became a partner in the company, and in 2016 he joined the board of directors.    

Sandy uses his knowledge drawn from his experiences working in the steel fabrication shop, and out in the field erecting steel, to accurately bid jobs. Sandy also works closely with ISE's EZ Riser department and handles any structural steel needs during the course of an EZ Riser roof raising project. Sandy is there for the customers during the course of the entire project.

Sandy is married, and enjoys spending his free time with his family and friends, as well as his dog, Sierra. He is an avid snowboarder, and plays Ice Hockey. He also enjoys spending summers at the Jersey Shore, hiking, camping, and traveling.
