 Vic Merritt joined Rev1 as the Vice President of Regulatory & Compliance with over 30 years in the oil and gas industry. In 2020, Vic was promoted to Chief Operating Officer of Rev1 Energy. Vic’s career started with Shell Pipeline in 1989 where he held several positions from operations to regulatory compliance until 2005 when he joined Tiburon Divers as the Vice President of HSE/Human Resources. He held that position until 2012 when he accepted the opportunity to join LSE Crane & Transportation as the VP of HR/Risk Management. In 2017, Vic joined GCSES (Grey Mountain Partners) as the Vice President of HSE/Risk Management until his arrival at Rev1 Energy. Vic holds a degree in Psychology and lives in Gonzales, Louisiana.

Nestor Vasquez is a results oriented management professional with over 20 years’ of successful experience in the Oil & Gas industry, providing strategic planning and solutions for upstream/midstream projects. Demonstrated success leading, planning and controlling a diverse range of Operations and Maintenance, and Commissioning and Start-up Oil and Gas contracts across the United States, and Latin America.

He currently holds the Operations Director position at Rev1 Energy and previously served as the Senior Vice President of Commissioning Services at Wood where he was responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of the Commissioning service offering.

He offers an educational background that includes an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from UNET (Universidad Nacional Experimental del Táchira) Táchira, Venezuela and a Master of Business Administration from Rice University, located in Houston, Texas.
