 Formative Structures is a Houston-based general contracting company that specializes in a broad bandwidth of commercial construction. Since our establishment in 2017, we have successfully delivered several multiphase projects from land purchase and preconstruction through sale, opening, and usage of the buildings. Throughout our projects, we have built strong partnerships and collaborations with owners, developers, architects, and contractors. These relationships provide us with an advantage to preempt and prepare for any potential long-term issues, resulting in more sustainable and functional projects.
