Founded in 2014, we are a Commercial Contracting Company which provides Advise, Design, Construction, Product, and Project Management Services.

Located in Manteca, California, Our general area of operation is in the San Joaquin Valley and the Silicon Valley (Bay Area), Central Valley and South Sacramento areas.

Our focus is commercial construction tenant improvements, Veterinary Clinics, Offices, Warehouse fit-ups, ADA Upgrades, Retail and Restaurants, including ground up projects for Owners, Real Estate Brokers, and Developers. And select residential properties requiring rehabilitation of multi-dwelling units.

Rose Hill Construction, Inc. is led by David Torres, the CEO, with 42 years of experience, who has enjoyed many successes throughout his career with 30 years of contracting experience.
