Dmitrii's work was superb on my ducts. He was very prompt to reply and schedule a visit to get me a quote. In fact, he gave me multiple quotes based on the different levels of duct cleaning / replacement I wanted to do. Each quote had an upfront price with reasoning behind why each option should be chosen. On top of that, he didn't try to push anything I didn't need!

He then came by ASAP to install the Air Scrubber (which has helped my allergies immensely!) and then scheduled another trip to install the R6 air duct system that he had to drive all the way to the Valley to purchase before installing them.

When he came, he and his helper worked diligently and finished the install excellently while cleaning up any mess that was made in the process. He then took videos and photos of the ducts to show me afterward and what to look for in the future.

Our ducts hadn't been cleaned since we moved in five or six years ago. Working with Dmitrii to assess the condition of our HVAC system and schedule maintenance was refreshingly no- nonsense. On the day of the actual servicing Dmitrii was prompt. I also appreciated how much care he took to keep our furniture clean during the actual cleaning. When he left there was a marked difference in the quality of air circulating throughout the house - the before-and-after photos he provided demonstrated his skill in cleaning up all the cruft that had accumulated since probably before we moved here.

Dimitri communicated right away and was able to squeeze me in for an estimate only a few hours after I reached out. He is the Owner of the company and very knowledgeable and professional. He checked My furnace, vents in various parts to see if he could identify a smell that is potentially coming from my furnace/air conditioner. He gave me suggestions and didn't try to upset me which is very refreshing. Dimitri cleaned some parts and is going to provide me an estimate to replace my UV light and clean out the ducts. AIl in all great service. I definitely recommend Happy Air Duct.

Dmitrii is incredibly professional. Replied fast, quoted right away, came the next day as promised, Wore a mask (even though he is fully vaccinated), was very careful with our furniture, cleaned after himself. I expected the entire apartment being covered in dust, but he was vacuuming as he was brushing the ducts, so there was barely any dust flying around. But more importantly - we can finally breathe in our condo. He found layers of fossilized construction dust and actual pieces of fossilized dust in our ducts, all of which he cleaned out. Our AC system works great now, and we don't sneeze or cough as much anymore.

More affordable than most, and more professional than most. I wouldn't suggest anyone else other than Dmitrii to my friends and family.

PS Don't let the small amount of reviews fool you - he just started his own business a couple of months ago after working for a while with a respectable service firm.

Dmitrii & Egor were very professional and fast. They came with masks and fully equipped to handle the cleaning. The best part is they came with their own shoe sleeves. That how you know they respect the customers home. They were clean and there wasnt any dust around after they were done. They made sure to clean up after themselves and their surroundings. I am very pleased with the service and will continue to use them. He was very flexible with the appointment and worked around our time. With a newborn in the house we wanted to make sure he wasnt home during the cleaning just incase. He accommodate our time and we figured out what worked best.

PS. dont let the low number of reviews full you. He just started his business and at this rate, his business will continue to grow. (also very affordable!)

Our attic is very hot, yet the heat in the unfurnished attic didn't discount the service Pure Air has provided. They spent hours in the attic, cleaning the HVAC, sealing a duct which wasn't properly sealed before and hanging up a vent every few feet from the attic ceiling. And yes, we have a high ceiling attic. They also took before and after pictures to show us the work they had done.

Our HVAC/condenser(not sure about the terms) needed Freon, Dimitrii called an HVAC maintenance guy; he came the same day! At that night, we had a working, healthy-air HVAC:)

Ihad an excellent experience. Dmitri responded right away with a quote and sent out his partner Egor the same evening to accommodate my schedule. My dryer wasn't drying my laundry but after Egor cleaned the duct it works great now, just like before. I would highly recommend. They professional and reasonably priced.

We desperately needed our air vents cleaned and Dmitri and Egor saved the day. They inspected our furnace and cleaned all air ducts and after some discussion about uneven air flow they even helped us regulate the air flow for our rooms which took some time because the previous Owners had their own labels on ducts which didn't coordinate with ours and they took the time to figure out which duct is for which room and adjusted the air flow. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

It's always challenge searching for honest, reliable, skilled services for your home. We know nothing really about duct cleaning, but set off making calls to find someone we could trust to clean the air ducts in our home. Dmitrii was an excellent choice. He was on-time, knowledgeable, thorough, and did a great job. His pricing is very competitive. At first glance, his prices seemed higher than others who advertise a $199.00 duct cleaning service, for example. But we soon realized those advertised prices lure you in and then you find you're actually have to pay way more to do the job right. Dmitril's prices were very fair and he and his team did an excellent job. We can literally breathe easier now;) We highly recommend!
