If at all possible I would give a zero. Keith came out and installed a defective unit in my house driving my electricity bill up over 500 dollars (when it's normally no more than 70) because it was heating and cooling simultaneously and then refused to help with the costs and blamed me because I didn't report a problem with the unit until I realized something was very very wrong when my house was over 100 degrees. Do not trust this company!! He is rude rude rude. And unhelpful unprofessional. Hung up on me in the middle of a sentence, when I tried to dis cuss the problem with him and refused to take any responsibility for his and his companies actions. He acted as if a normal every day person should know when a system is heating and cooling simuitaneously. He would not even let my finish explaining before stating Tm going to stop you. I'm not paying your bill so you can drop that right now" And then telling me this is life. Stuff happens" He kept changing his story and making up excuses and blamed me for tuning off my ac for a couple days (which almost never have my unit on in this same building and have NEVER had a problem. And have lived on my own for nearly a decade and NEVER had a problem. He reprimanded me for turning off the unit). Even though he personally told me to make sure it's wasnt tumed an when my house was so hot. And my bill I was referring to had absolutely nothing to do with the days had it turned off. t was before that even happened. Hes condescending. won't take time to provide good customer service. All around horible experience with this company. Again, if you want work done comectly absolutely do not trust this man to do the job. Not to mention the entire time he was installing the unit he was on his phone CUSSING up a storm, talking super loudly while I was trying to take a graduete level final exam (he knew l was Doing) and had an almost two year old in the house (who picks up on everything). Edit And the reason the fire department was called was because my house was UNINHABITABLE at over 100 degrees and the landlord and AC company was not doing anything about it. Not because of a "burning smell' and had refused to put me and my baby in a hotel for the night, told me it wasnt an issue the house was over 100 degrees and they had just installed a new ac unit for 6000 dollars and hung up on me then too. The fire department came out to do a welliness check to ensure it wasn't electrical and nothing was wrong and they
did in fact determine it was the AC unit causing the issue because it was blowing hot air with the cool turned on. So ldk where the burning smell story came from. And only one breaker was flipped. One. He will literally use any little thing to NOT take responsibility even though it's all entirely unrelated to a defective thermostat his company installed. My bill was before the power surge, before I went out of town, before I could ever indicate that there was any level of an issue. it was due to the AC thermostat and he will make every
excuse to make it seem it wasn't. The new unit was put in June 18. The billing cycle was June 21-July 23. The power surge was AFTER and i was Out of
town AFTER the billing cycle. He claims I said I knew there was something wrong with in day or two or getting the new unit which was FALSE. I said a day
or two before l went out of town (still after billing cycle)., that I noticed it acting weird. It had come back down to normal by the time I left the next day. So
being that I had a brand new unit, I attributed it to it being 100 degrees outside and so my house which was set at 74 being at 76 didn't seem like a big issue.
A normal person would not ever know that the ac was running hot and cold air at the same time. Theres no way I would have known that and he just kept
saying if it's anything other than what it's set at you need to call me rather than try to have an actual helpful conversation. He talks to you as if you're dumb
and beneath him and hangs up. but then can make himself look better to the internet and tvpe a huge response.
Keith and his team have been our HVAC vendors for years. They are fair, insightful, and and offer tremendous customer service. I would highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs.
Keith was very professional and helpful. His prices were competitive and his installers did a great job. I'm the happy owner of a brand new AC unit and furnace. Delta T removed all the old equipment and installed the new ones in a timely manner. I will definitely use Keith's company again if I need HVAC help.
Keith was awesome repairing our company HVAC system. He was able to work us in the same day our system quit. He diagnosed the problem, traveled to get the correct parts, installed them and had the system working in a matter of hours. He then returned the next day to make modifications that would allow our system to run more efficient and lower our energy bills. We are enjoying a very cool office. Thank you Keith for everything.

Our HVAC went out at our business and Delta T was recommended by a friend. They showed up the next morning. Checked out the entire system and had us back up and running in 2 hours. I was very impressed with their professionalism and knowledge. When we bought a house and the HVAC system needed replacing we called them for it. Their pricing was great, and again they did a fantastic job. We have been using them for 7 years now and it is really nice to have these guys on speed dial when we need them. They come every month to service our units and every year they do a complete maintenance. Supper happy and highly recommend them.
