Our core business includes: Building Maintenance Contracts that focus on Hard Surfaces of various types (but also provide Textile Cleaning Services for Carpet, Upholstery, Drapes, and Partitions), Post Construction Clean-Up Services, Hard Surface Cleaning (Tile/Grout, Natural Stone, Concrete, and Pavers), Surface Prep, Concrete Honing/Polishing, Natural Stone/Terrazzo Honing/Polishing, including Countertop Cleaning, Honing/Polishing, and Sealing, Paver Cleaning and Sealing, and more! We have over 50 years of experience in commercial specific cleaning and restorative cleaning services. Currently we primarily cover the greater Orlando area, however we will travel anywhere in Florida given the right circumstances. We operate out of Longwood, Florida, but have experience in cleaning various industries and sectors throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico and more. We are dedicated to delivering the desired result, but understand the "Gap" too, between what's desired and what's achievable. While our company might seem new to you, this is the first opportunity we've had to branch out in quite some time, as we were the licensors of a major corporation over the last 15 years and diligently maintained the integrity of our exclusivity agreement. We decided to reinvigorate our name (Complete Floor Solutions) and our tagline ("It's all about the results!"), as we believe in ourselves, our people and our values, but more than anything a great experience for our clients. We'd love the opportunity to earn your business too.
