Frequency Enterprise LLC is a full service electrical contracting
firm founded by Joseph Washington in 2010. As President of Frequency
Enterprise, Joseph provides Executive Direction for the Frequency
Team. Joseph is a Master Electrician with over 15 years of experience
in the Government, Defense, and Commercial industries.
Joseph Washington grew up in Southern Maryland before he joined the
U.S. Navy. He began his start climbing through the ranks of the U.S
Navy Sea Bee’s where his foundation began. Joseph supported efforts of
both the Iraqi Freedom and Enduring Freedom
operations honorably. After his military tenure, Joseph graduated from
ABC (Associated Building Contractors) school where he used his
multifaceted skills to provide supportive services for the Defense and
Intelligence communities as a contractor. In 2010 Joseph established
Frequency Enterprise as a Minority Veteran owned company. Currently
Frequency is a Certified 8(a) Firm.
